Agreement

By using AnyStarX (the website, console, or API) you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

The service

AnyStarX provides a gateway that routes your requests to third-party model providers through a unified API, plus related billing and support.

Model availability, latency, and upstream policies can change. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Accounts and keys

You are responsible for API keys issued to your account and for activity under those keys. Keep keys secret and rotate them if exposed.

Billing

Usage is prepaid and deducted from your balance. Chat is typically billed per token; image and video per generation or per second, as shown in the catalog.

Prices are listed in CNY unless we state otherwise. Enterprise invoicing and bank transfer are available on request.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, probe others’ accounts, circumvent limits, or use the API for unlawful content or activity. We may suspend access that threatens the platform or violates law or these terms.

Upstream providers

Upstream labs’ own terms and content policies also apply to the models you call. Failures or refusals at the provider are outside our sole control.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the claim.
