Who we are

AnyStarX (“we”) operates the anystarx.com marketing site and the AnyStarX AI Model Gateway (console.anystarx.com and related API endpoints). Contact: support@anystarx.com.

What we collect

Account data you provide when signing up on the console (such as email and billing details).

Usage metadata needed to run the gateway: timestamps, model id, token or generation counts, latency, and status codes.

Site preferences stored in your browser (theme and language) via localStorage — these never leave your device unless you clear them.

Basic server logs (IP, User-Agent, path) for security and reliability.

Prompts and responses

We do not use your prompts or model outputs to train or fine-tune models.

Request and response bodies are not logged by default. Temporary buffers may exist only as long as needed to complete a request.

How we use data

To provide routing, billing, support, and fraud prevention.

To improve reliability (aggregate latency and error rates — not prompt content).

Sharing

Upstream model providers receive what is required to fulfill your API call.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with processors who help us run billing or infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax or dispute resolution.

Security logs are retained for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can update account details in the console, clear browser preferences anytime, and email support@anystarx.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
